Call Service began life as a Doctors' Message Service in 1951. Established by Ellen and Ted Hamilton to provide a confidential and reliable telephone answering service for Melbourne’s medical community that operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year.
The business grew rapidly from its initial clientele of 11 doctors to over 300 by 1961. Now we boast a large team of dedicated staff who are committed to maintaining the same professional friendly service that started back in 1951. Call Service provides a wide range of services to suit all industry needs.
As the field of personal communications expanded with the introduction of electronic and digital pagers in the 1970′s and 1980′s, Call Service has strived to provide its clients with access to the latest technology, while at the same time maintaining its commitment to professional, friendly service.
Our own telephone and computer systems represent the latest technology that is on offer and is constantly being monitored and enhanced to ensure our clients always receive the fastest, most efficient and cost effective service.
