Call Service began life as Doctors Call Service back in 1951. Established by Ellen and Ted Hamilton to provide confidential and reliable telephone answering services for Melbourne's medical community, the business grew rapidly from an initial clientele of 11 doctors to 300 by 1961.

As the field of personal communications expanded with the introduction of electronic and digital pagers in the 70s and 80s, Call Service has always strived to provide it's clients with access to the latest technology while at the same time maintaining its committment to personalised friendly service.

Our own telephone and computer systems represent the best technology has to offer and are constantly being monitored and enhanced to ensure that our clients always receive fast, efficient and cost-effective service.

Today, operating in our 60th year, Call Service Pty Ltd boasts a large team of dedicated staff who are committed to maintaining the same reliable, friendly and personal service started back in 1951, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.

For over 59 years our company has been supplying an after hours back up system for companies such as Carrier Air-conditioning, BOC Gases and International Reefer to
name a just few.
